Keeping the Plan Up-to-Date Both Councils are committed to keeping NEST up-to-date and ensuring it remains relevant and responsive to the ever changing circumstances of the North East. In order to do this, the Councils have devised a series of indicators to measure the progress of the plan in relation to its strategy and implementation.
